About Carlo Antonio Nino

Carlo is a cleared defense systems engineer (TS/SCI) with a background that spans aerospace, cyber, and satellite systems. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, he transitioned from operational military leadership into advanced program support roles across the DoD. He holds a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from George Washington University, along with professional certifications including PMP, PMI-ACP, and SAFe 5 Agilist.

Carlo’s expertise includes SETA support, acquisition lifecycle planning, and space-based capability development. His consulting work focuses on bridging mission needs with technical execution across secure and contested domains.
